If you are not satisfied with your
purchase, please call 925-915-0502
for a Return Authorization request
within 5 calendar days of the receipt
of the product. Product may not be
altered in any manner. All products
must be packed in the original
packaging. Brazilian Hair Only will
assess a 25% restocking fee on
return. No returns for Custom
Special Orders.


Sales Tax
In addition to the price of your
purchases, Brazilian Hair will charge
you sales tax based on the sales tax rate in effect at the time your order
is billed for the State of California.


Tax-Exempt Orders
If you place your order on behalf of a tax-exempt organization or individual, please call Brazilian Hair Only Sales Support. Be prepared to provide proof of state tax-exempt status for the state where the product is being shipped.
The organization or individual name on the order must exactly match the state tax-exempt certificate. Brazilian Hair Only does not accept federal tax exemption certificates.


Shipping Options

Standard Shipping: Products shipped via standard service are normally delivered within 10-14 business days after shipment via Federal Express, UPS, DHL. Signature is required for delivery.  Occasionally packages are returned as undeliverable.

 

When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to Brazilian
Hair, please contact us to make arrangements for re-shipment.


Order Processing

The estimated shipment date on
your order is based on product availability, payment processing
time, and warehouse processing time and does not include transit time. Brazilian Hair does not begin payment processing until Brazilian Hair receives all the information that it needs and full payment or a full authorization, in the case of credit card or debit card orders.
Brazilian Hair will begin payment processing for orders placed on weekends or holidays on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
